Byob fitness has changed my life tremendously. I never knew that eating healthy, along with a consistent workout plan could have such an impact in my everyday life. Choosing BYOB FITNESS was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. As I’ve grown mentally, emotionally and physically. When I first began working with her I was tired of being sick and tired of my body. My confidence was at an all time low! Session by session my ability to endure and push forward gradually increased and so did my confidence. I started the year at 215 pounds and I am proud to say that I’m now 180 pounds and persisting forward to 150. Not only are their trainers highly knowledgeable about the human body and the way that your muscles interact, but they also highly knowledgeable about nutrition, and nutritional supplements. They work diligently to implore exercise routines to fit your individualized body. They have made this journey a most pleasurable one and I look forward in continuing the journey to infinity and beyond.

"After going through stages of depression I dropped down from 140lbs to 116lbs a very frail and unhealthy weight for my height.
